| Vasso Giotopoulou received her diploma dergee from the Department of Technology and Manufacturing Systems of University of Piraeus in 2000 and her MSc in “Engineering-Economics Systems” from National Technical University of Athens in 2002. She is a member of the Intelligent Communications & Broadband Networks Laboratory of the School of Electrical and Computer Engineering of National Technical University of Athens. She has participated in several National and European Union R&D projects contributing on use case, market, risk analysis and cost-benefit studies. Ms Giotopoulou is an expert in management and administration of IT R&D projects (scheduling, resource allocation, consumption).
